The environmental situation in China is catastrophic.
Major problems are air pollution and water pollution.

The following study analyses briefly the actual situation and the challenges of China in the environmental field: China’s environmental Law Actual Situation and Challenges
It focuses on the law, the implementation of the Law and the major and recurrent problems people are facing when they are victims of pollution.
